No trip fees on Hilton Head.

Remote help

Sort out email, software, settings, or a computer problem by phone or secure screen-share. Get step-by-step guidance without a home visit.

For problems we can work through remotely.

Optional monitoring plans & additional costs

Home monitoring: $49/month for up to 3 devices; additional devices $12/month each. Business monitoring: $149/month for up to 5 devices; additional devices $25/month each. Includes device-health visibility and recommendations, not unlimited repairs.

Parts, hardware, software subscriptions, and out-of-scope work are additional unless agreed otherwise in writing. Ask about monitoring.
